Discovery consultation request: name, email, optional phone, company/project name, project direction, pain point, existing systems, deadline, expected outcome, optional website URL, note, preferred language, referral source.

AI assistant: messages sent in chat (may be included in the consultation request).

Direct email: data provided in the email.

Browser technical storage (non-identifying): assistant chat history, calculator selection and scroll position (sessionStorage) for the current session only.

Contact, scheduling discovery consultations, preliminary project assessment, quote preparation.

Data is not used for marketing newsletters without separate consent.

Form submission: voluntary consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

Direct email: legitimate interest in responding, or pre-contractual steps.

Request data is kept while consultation and potential quoting remain relevant, or up to 24 months if no engagement starts.

After a contract, invoicing and contractual data follow statutory retention rules.

Hosting: Vercel.

Email delivery (when configured): Resend.

AI assistant (when configured): OpenAI or another server-configured API provider — chat messages may be sent to generate responses.

Web analytics (only after consent): Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) — visit and interaction statistics.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent where applicable, and complaint to your supervisory authority.

Requests can be sent to the contact email on the website.

The site uses technical storage required for functionality: sessionStorage (assistant, calculator, scroll restore) and localStorage (analytics consent choice). These are not marketing trackers.

Google Analytics (GA4) loads only after your explicit consent. GA4 may use analytics cookies to measure visits. You can withdraw consent anytime via the cookie settings banner or your browser.

We do not currently use marketing or remarketing cookies.
